Peter Doherty Psychotherapy
So what's your story?
Life can be challenging at times. How many of us quietly struggle alone with our problems? It can be incredibly helpful to share what’s happening inside with someone who has the training and skills to help you look at things differently - freeing you up to express painful feelings. Finding a therapist who is non-judgmental will offer you the time and space to be heard and to think about things that may have been weighing on your mind, inhibiting your ability to operate in the world.
I offer a safe, caring and confidential environment to help you revisit and repair the past, giving you the time and space to work towards leading a more fulfilling life.
“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.”
